“The anointing and spiritual use of the shofar in the congregation”

“In the place where you hear the sound of the shofar, come and meet us there; our God will fight for us.” Nehemiah 4:20

What is shofar?

To answer this question we must go to the faithful, eternal and true word of God… the Bible, where, through its stories will be able to know the moments and reasons why it was used.

As the word of God describes it, the shofar is a physical, material instrument, but… with a deep and determined sense and spiritual use. It is mentioned in more than seventy verses of the Bible, where we can see that its presence and use date from the book of Exodus, mentioning it through his word and time, in many of the books of the Word of God, even reaching the very book of Revelation, revealing and making known to us the current validity and It is important to use it in these last times, dangerous days that, as the body of Christ, we have to face day after day. Then, it becomes imperative and very necessary to know biblically the history and importance of its use in the midst of its redeemed and chosen people… in the midst of the congregation.

Origin and Biblical History of the spiritual use of the shofar.

The sound of salvation.
In Genesis 22:2 God says to Abraham,
“Take now your son, your only one, Isaac, whom you love, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains that I will tell you.”

The Jewish people know Mount Moriah as the Temple Mount. In addition, the Bible refers to this region as Zion or Mount Zion, which refers to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem, which is practically synonymous with ancient Jerusalem, this is where
David built his altar and later Solomon builds the Temple. This place becomes the home of the Temple Mount and it is in this same area and region that the Lord Jesus is sacrificed, but outside the walls of the City Temple. It is in this very place, Mount Moriah (Mount Zion), the place where God commanded Abraham to come from so far away to deliver his beloved only son. Now, just as Abraham was about to finish obeying the command of the Lord to sacrifice Isaac, God stopped him and provided him with a ram as a substitute sacrifice. Mount Moriah was the place where Abraham walked in and by faith.

Here we can see the events that took place on Mount Moriah, as a prophetic omen of what God would do for us so that we would not perish. God the Father, would take his only Son, the Son whom he loves, giving him to be sacrificed so that by the Lord Jesus Christ we would be rescued and pass from death to life.

The shofar is a reminder of the sacrifice of Isaac by Abraham and the provision by God of a ram, given to us (but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect. 1 Peter 1:19) as a substitute.

Thus, our God and Father fulfilled his promise by giving his only Son to be sacrificed for each and every one of us and thus be able to annul every decree, atone for all sin, guilt and condemnation that was adverse to us. Colossians 2:4

Written:

“For God so loved the world, that he has given his only begotten Son, that everyone who believes in him should not be lost, but should have eternal life.”. John 3:16

Every time we sound that horn, that shofar, that horn, we remember and make present in our lives the great love of God for us, having fulfilled the covenant and the promise, having offered his only Son; where, moreover, we remember the magnanimous sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ having given himself for each one of us, as stated by Philippians 2:6-11.

“He who, being in the form of God, did not regard being equal to God as something to hold on to, but stripped himself, taking the form of a servant, made like men; and being in the condition of man, he humbled himself, becoming obedient unto death, and death on the cross. Wherefore God also exalted him to the utmost, and gave him a name which is above all name, that in the name of Jesus every knee may bow to those who are in heaven, and on earth, and under the earth; and every tongue confesses that Jesus Christ is Lord, unto the glory of God the Father.”.

As we can see, the sounds of the shofar are destined to awaken and open the heart of the human being to come and attend to the direct call of Christ Jesus to repent and receive, by grace, the undeserved gift of salvation.

The shofar, the horn of that ram in the God-given bush, is the sound of redemption that reminds us of the Covenant of Replacement described in the book of Genesis.

The Lord Jesus Christ is that last lamb that was sacrificed instead of Isaac.

The Lord Jesus is the Sacrifice of Replacement. The sound of the shofar is the sound of Yeshua, the Salvation that only comes from Him and that reminds the whole spiritual world of His magnanimous sacrifice and dedication for each one of us, His triumph on the cross (consummated is), His resurrection, having overcome death and
achieved victory over Satan and his entire kingdom of evil, along with all His hosts and principalities, to whom He publicly exposed and shamed.

“Jesus is the high priest we so needed: holy, innocent, spotless, separated from sin, and exalted above heaven. It is not like the other high priests, who daily had to offer sacrifices, first for their own sins and then for those of the people.

Because he did this once and for all, offering himself. Hebrews 7:27-28

* To the sound of the shofar, we openly proclaim the acceptance of Jehovah, God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ, as God, King and Lord over all matters of man and the entire universe, thus declaring and invoking his presence in the world, his divine intervention and sovereignty over all things, also making known to his creation and his people, fear of God.

* The sounds of the shofar are a direct warning to all mankind to surrender our will to theirs, as written in Ezekiel 33:4:

“Whoever hears the sound of the trumpet, and shall not be warned, and when the sword comes he smites it, his blood shall be upon his head.”

* Another important fact mentioned in the word of God was the giving of the commandments of the Lord to Moses on Mount Sinai, which was accompanied by the sound of a heavenly shofar:

“All Mount Sinai smoked because Jehovah had come down upon him in fire; and the smoke went up like a furnace, and the whole mountain shuddered exceedingly. The sound of the horn (the shofar) was increasing exceedingly, and Moses was speaking, and Jehovah was answering him with a voice of thunder.” Exodus 19:18-19

Joshua 6:2-5 declares to us that, by direct order of God, the priests should sound the shofars and all the people should shout out loud at war. As written:

“But Jehovah said unto Joshua, Look, I have delivered into thy hand Jericho and his king with his men of war. Therefore you shall surround the city all men of war, going around the city once; and you shall do this for six days. And seven priests shall carry seven horns of ram before the ark; and on the seventh day you shall go round about seven times, and the priests shall touch the horns. And when they long touch the Jubilee shofar, so you will hear the voice of the shofar, all the people will shout loudly, and the wall of the city will fall under it; then the people will go up right forward.”.

This is where everything starts to make sense, let us read, Revelation 5:6 says:

“Then I saw in the midst of the four living creatures, of the throne and the elders, a Lamb standing, slaughtered. It had seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven spirits of God sent all over the earth.”.

It is revealing to see in these two verses, manifested once again from the Old Testament the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ in the Spirit,
Joshua and all his people, even much earlier, from the very first day of the creation of the human being on earth.
(Jesus said to them, “Truly I say to you, before Abraham was born, I am.”. John 8:58)

“Then the people cried out, and the priests touched the horns; and it came to pass that when the people had heard the sound of the horn, they cried with a loud voice, and the wall collapsed. The people then went up to the city, each right forward, and took it.”.

* At the sound of the shofar, Gideon and his 300 brave ones defeated the Midianites.

“I will blow the trumpet (said Gideon), and all who are with me; and you too will then blow the trumpets around the whole camp, and say, By Jehovah…!!!” Judges 7:18

“And the three hundred played the shofars, each with his companion throughout the camp. And the enemy army fled…”. Judges 7:20

This chapter tells us that the three hundred warriors only blew their trumpets and the enemy was upset and confused by God, wounding and killing each other. Here we see reflected, once again, the direct action of the Holy Spirit of Jehovah on the enemies of the people, revealing to us how God accompanies, helps and supports his people in every moment of affliction.

At the sound of the shofar, our spiritual enemies (because we have no fight against flesh or blood) are confused, their sounds being the voice and presence of God and the Lord Jesus Christ through his Holy Spirit who comes to our aid to help us… to work on our behalf.

Another example of its use is that every time it was anointed and announced to a king of Israel, the shofar was played as a cause for celebration and celebration.

Then, likewise, without stopping, the sound of the shofar will be declared the Lord Jesus as God, King and Lord not only of Israel, but of all creation. Declaring also, through his sounds, his prompt and imminent second coming. In fact, when the King comes, his word says:

“For the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, with the voice of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God, shall come down from heaven; and the dead in Christ shall rise first.” 1 Thessalonians 4:16

Then, in the light of the word, we are revealed that the shofar…

* It is a biblical and prophetic instrument.

* It is the trumpet of God… It is the sound of the voice of Jehovah… God the Father speaking to us and manifesting himself in our midst, calling us to come into his presence at the sound of the horn. Exodus 19:13

* As we have seen in these biblical accounts, the use of the shofar by faith, the walls were demolished, and not only the walls and physical fortresses, but, first of all, the spiritual ones, thus revealing to us this true weapon of spiritual warfare, of liberation, of help, of supplication and help, of defense and of restraint, of attack and of counterattack, and of destruction of all forms and kinds of actions and attacks of the evil one and his hosts of evil against the people of God.

Currently the use of the shofar is dedicated, making it sound, every time the word of God is to be read and also in the seven solemn feasts of the people of Israel. (Leviticus 23:2), these being:

1. The feast of Easter.

(To remember and never forget when the Lord brought his people out of slavery and servitude from Egypt) (Freedom in Christ Jesus)

2. the feast of unleavened bread.

(which reminds us of the complete separation of all things leavened, sinful, calling us to feed on Christ Jesus, who is the bread of life of the believer).

3. The Feast of the Firstfruits.

(Ceremony which consists in presenting to the God of Israel the first, the best, the chosen. Not only is it a way of thanking the blessings received, but it also represents the payment of the corresponding tribute to the owner of the land. (Leviticus 25:23).

4. The feast of Pentecost.

(Feast reminiscent of the day Moses went up to Mount Sinai and received the tablets of the law and taught the people of Israel what God wanted from them) Remember that when this feast was celebrated in Jerusalem, it was when the Holy Spirit came
down to stay and dwell in us, thus fulfilling the promise of the Lord Jesus Christ when he said:

“But the Comforter, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things, and will remind you of all that I have told you.”. (John 14:26) (John 16:7-11)

5. The feast of Trumpets.

It is celebrated to recall two important events, one historical and one prophetic. The beginning and the end of all things.
First of all, the historical, remembering the creation of the world and the beginning of things, is a time to recognize the sovereignty and power of God over all creation. Secondly, the prophetic, to remember the sound of their sounds and touches that comes the great day of Jehovah, day of judgment. (Joel 2:1) (Sophania 1:14-16)

6.- The feast of Forgiveness and Atonement.

(Day of calling the people to repentance. Day of prayer, day of fasting. Spiritual recollection day. Day of search for the divine forgiveness of God, confessing all sin, crime, fault or transgression, committing to depart completely from that sin in order to find mercy. (Proverbs 28:13)

7.- The Feast of Tabernacles.

Leviticus 23:43 says:

“That their generations may know that I made the Israelites dwell in tabernacles when I brought them out of the land of Egypt. I am the Lord your God.”. In other words, he seeks to remind future generations that God is the Redeemer of his people, who delivered them from slavery in Egypt, sustained them in tabernacles in the wilderness by providing for all their needs and it is his God who dwells in the midst of his people (Numbers 2:2, 17).

* In each of these seven feasts, they are initiated and terminated with the sounds and sounds of the shofar. In them a general call is made to all the people, to approach, to seek the face of the Lord, honoring him and thanking him for the magnificence of his love and mercies towards his people.

* The sound of the shofar encourages us to remember the prompt and imminent second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ and our encounter and eternal meeting with him, as clearly described in the book of Matthew 24:31, also 1 Corinthians 15:52 and 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17.
* Also, when listening to their sounds, in these last days that we live before their return, it encourages us to desire to seek and live in holiness, as 2 Peter 3:10-11 exhorts us.

“But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in which the heavens will pass away with great noise, and the burning elements will be undone, and the earth and the works that are in it will be burnt. For all these things are to be undone, how can you not walk in holy and pious way of living!”

* The sounds of the shofar carry in themselves language and spiritual presence.

Then, as the presence of the Holy Spirit of God becomes present, a better understanding of the word of God is achieved, revealing to us each of the mysteries and prophecies that exist in it, thus achieving a better understanding of the plan of salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ as the one true Messiah. (John 16:13)

* The sound of the shofar has been made and continues to become manifest, in the sight of all, the strength and powers of the Kingdom of God in heaven and here also on earth.

* As we have seen so far, the shofar is a weapon of spiritual warfare.

“Do not forget it, my brother; do not fail to remember it, my sister… By being made children of the Most High and Almighty God through the Lord Jesus Christ, the enemy of our souls along with their hosts of evil will try to turn us away from all the blessings that God the Father in Christ Jesus has for us; in short, and as you already know, they want to steal, kill and destroy us. Therefore, in this spiritual war in which we find ourselves immersed, we must present ourselves living in obedience to the word of God and being firm, girded our backs with the truth, and dressed in the shell of justice… our feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace…”
Above all, taking the shield of faith, with which we can put out all the fiery darts of the evil one; taking the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God… Praying at all times with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching over it with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. As clearly described and written in the letter to the Ephesians 6:10-17.

In this world, in this life, this walk in Christ Jesus is confronted with the knowledge and wisdom that his word gives us, with ever recurring prayers and constant fasts, striving day after day to be better children and to be found blameless before God. With the value that gives us the right to be made children of God, he will give us perpetual victory through his name… the name of his son Jesus Christ, our Savior, Redeemer, God, King and Lord.

“To defend oneself, chosen people… royal priesthood of God… to take up arms from our militia, as written in the second letter to the Corinthians 10:4-6.

“The weapons of our militia are not carnal, but powerful in God for the destruction of fortresses, tearing down arguments and all haughtiness that rises up against the knowledge of God.”.

Never forget it, my brother…

Always remember my sister…

“Victory is certain in Christ Jesus.”.
“Before, in all these things we are more than conquerors through the One who loved us.”. Romans 8:37

Now, what happens when we sound the shofar?

1. To the sound of the shofar the Lord Jesus Christ is declared in our spiritual house as the Son of the Most High God, King of kings and Lord of lords… Prince of Peace… Emanuel, God with us, inviting him to be the eternal vine and rock in our lives and in our congregation.

2. The sound of the shofar invites God the Father, the Lord Jesus Christ and his Holy Spirit to be glorified, invoking his holy name and inviting them in a direct call for his presence to be manifested in the midst of his people.

3. To the sound of the shofar, we honor the one true God, King of Israel and all creation, remembering the magnanimous sacrifice of our Lord Jesus Christ for each one of us.

4. To the sound of the shofar, the presence and anointing of the Holy Spirit of God is activated, preparing hearts to receive the call of the Lord to come to repentance and salvation, baptism and filling of the Holy Spirit of God, and also to receive deliverance, spiritual healing and physical healing.

5. The whole spiritual kingdom recognizes the sound of the shofar, since it summons and activates the presence of the Lord and his Holy Spirit, where the angels of God also take possession of the place, since the kingdom of heaven on earth is activated.

6.- To the sound of the Shofar, the Holy Spirit of God calls us and encourages us, his children, to approach God the Father through our Lord Jesus Christ, to cleanse our garments and purify our oil, turning away from sin, receiving the call to leave…
Rome and come to Jerusalem, that is, the call to come out of sin and come to holiness. Get out of death and come to life and salvation in Christ Jesus.
7.- At the sound of the shofar, we materialize and bring the anointing of the invisible to the visible.

8.- To the sound of the shofar, God comes to the rescue of the one who invokes him, strengthening us and giving us the spiritual character of Christ, awakening us spiritually and making us alert for battle.

9.- The sound of the shofar is called the people of God and their creation to repent of each and every one of their faults, crimes, transgressions and sins.

10.To the sound of the shofar the people are also summoned to come to praise, worship, bless and glorify their holy name, to fight the good battle through worship and praise, and also in prayer and congregational fasting.

11.- Through the direct ministering of the word of God in the congregation, each of the rights, lies and deceptions that the evil one has sown in the heart, in the mind and in the lives of the people, each and every one of them will be brought into the light of Christ Jesus. Furthermore, where all forms, kinds and kinds of evil spiritual influences and unclean spirits, which caused physical and spiritual illnesses in people, are openly exposed, giving us their children, the opportunity to minister liberation, spiritual and physical healing, by the direct action of the Holy Spirit of God through intercessory prayer in them. Making out in the name of Jesus Christ all kinds of spirits of filth and sin that were leading to destruction and death of people. These being:

Spirits of uncleanness that through lies and deceit provoke and induce desires in the person to have intimate relations between people of the same sex and these, after being consummated, will face serious spiritual consequences for this immoral act, which is contrary to the nature of the natural and predetermined use of the body established by the Lord.

Spirits of suicide and death.
Spirits that cause catastrophic diseases in people.
Spirits of dementia and bipolarity.
Spirits of depression and anxiety.
Spirits of Alcoholism.
Spirits of Drug Addiction
Spirit of lying and deceit.
Spirit of grudge and hatred.
Spirit of cowardice and fear to name a few.
These spiritual enemies are openly exposed and stripped of all rights they had in people, being confronted, bound and cast out in the name of Christ Jesus. Breaking down and destroying every fortress and every form of spells, incantations and spiritual curses that exist on people, making them free.
These, when ministered in liberation, the Spirit of God will have total amplitude to provoke in them a voice of cry to God the Father, generating in them a true repentance in their hearts, reaching through Grace and in Christ Jesus, the forgiveness of their sins and the salvation of their soul, thus unleashing the healing and spiritual and physical liberation that they so need. In view and for the testimony of all.

And as if that were not enough… being free from the chains of all those spiritual filthiness, the presence of our Savior Christ Jesus and the blessing of his forgiveness, his love, his peace and his Holy Spirit, will flood from the depths of his being, his lives and his hearts.

12. The sound of the shofar bears in itself prophetic symbolism, as it reminds Satan and his entire kingdom of demons, shadows and hosts of evil that have been defeated by Christ Jesus. This is where they weaken and disperse, tremble and fuss, flee in all directions before the imminent and powerful presence of the Holy Spirit of God, reminding them of the prompt, inevitable and imminent coming of the Lord Jesus Christ and of his entire kingdom with him, who comes to seek his Church, his Bride, his people… us, his children.

At the sound of the shofar, they are reminded of the eternal punishment and condemnation that awaits Satan and all his legions of evil in the lake of fire. As described in the book of Revelation 20:10:

“And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where were the beast and the false prophet; and they shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.”.

What should the shofar look like?

First of all, every shofar, before being used in the congregation, must be presented and consecrated to God, so that he may be known by the Lord; so also, those who will carry and make the shofars sound in the midst of the people.

• The shofar must be from clean animals such as rams or goats, or from African hoof animals such as antelopes and gazelles. (From which, from the majesty of its horns springs sounds of liberation.).

The shofar may be constructed from the aforementioned animals, with the exception of the bull horn, or the cow, the calf or the ox, by deference to the golden calf incident and its idolatrous cult. (Acts reported in the book of Exodus 32:4-6).

• The shofar should not be adorned with anything at all and should not have breakups.

• The shofar, in no way, can be seen or considered as an outfit of good luck, since that single action is and will be considered idolatry and even witchcraft.

The sounds of the shofar.

Every sound is the voice of God speaking to his people, where each of them brings spiritual recollection and submission to the Holy Spirit.

Each shofar is unique, each having its own personality, to give each of them different tones and sounds in particular.

More than thirty notes are known that shofars can give.

Now, there are several call sounds through the shofar that can be performed, but there are only four of the most important, established and formally recognized sounds.

These sounds have a touch order and may alternate depending on the occasion and spiritual need you are facing in the congregation:

First sound:

The sound of Tekia:

“A clear sound like a trumpet that calls us to enthron God in our hearts, recognizing the Lord Jesus Christ as the Son of the Most High God, King of kings and Lord of lords…”. “The Messiah”
It is a long trumpet sound, lasting three to four seconds, in a sequence of three repetitions.

Second sound:

The Shevarim sound.

Isaiah 58:1 states:

“Clam with a voice in your neck, do not stop; raise up your voice like a trumpet and proclaim his rebellion to my people, and to the house of Jacob his sin.”.

“Shevarim is a sound of three notes or short touches, like soft sighs, to come before God and bow down, a call to break us… a genuine call to repentance so that we can receive the blessing of his forgiveness and, therefore, liberation; this being

“Hosanna upon her people:
“Hossana Lord!”

The Lord declares to us in Isaiah 1:18:

“Come then, says Jehovah, and let us be aware: if your sins are as scarlet, they shall be white as snow; if they are red as crimson, they shall become like white wool.”.

Third sound:

The Teruah sound.

Numbers 10:9 declares to us:

“And when you go out to war in your land against the enemy that bothers you, you shall sound an alarm with trumpets; and you shall be remembered by Jehovah your God, and you shall be saved from your enemies.”.

“It is a sound given to alert and prepare the people for spiritual warfare, to pray and fast, to declare the word.”.

“Then he answered and spoke to me, saying, This is the Word of the LORD to Zerubbabel, in which it is said, Not with an army, nor with strength, but with my Spirit, said the LORD of hosts.”. Zechariah 4:6

It is a touch sound of nine short tones in rapid succession that must be performed between 4 and 5 seconds at most.

Fourth sound:

The sound Tekiah Gedolah.

“This sound openly declares the coming, and the imminent return and return of the Lord Jesus Christ by his Church, his bride…we, his redeemed.”

It is a unique and long touch, maintaining maximum lung capacity and making it sound until the last breath of air and breath of our being.

These are the four main touches that are made with the shofar. Now, in times of praise, worship and joy, the shofar can be sounded to motivate the people of God to praise Him; these will be directly related to honor the holy name of God and that of His Son Jesus Christ and to welcome His Holy Spirit.

Moreover, the shofar is sounded so that all the people come and be reconciled with the Lord, and also in the days of calling for prayer and congregational fasting in order to be all united in one Spirit and in one feeling.
Explained and made known the function of the shofar… Who then can sound the shofar in the middle of the congregation, in the most holy place… on the altar?

Understanding that there is physical Israel, the people chosen by God, there are also us, their spiritual Israel, the one who was bought at the price of blood, the precious blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. He has made us kings and priests; therefore, every redeemed in Christ Jesus and filled with the Holy Spirit of God, living in obedience and reverent fear of God, will be able to touch and sound the shofar in the congregation.
Having been first presented in prayer by the pastoral body of the Church and thus be recognized by the Lord, living a life of prayer and fasting… interceding and leading a full life in Christ Jesus, so that when the shofar is made to sound, it does not give that uncertain sound, as stated in 1 Corinthians 14:8.

And if the trumpet gives an uncertain sound, who will prepare for battle?

“As a shofarist, he honors the Lord in every sound you give to the sound of the shofar. Take care and never neglect your relationship with God, living in living sacrifice to the Lord, so that you will not be rebuked by God, nor be touched nor less attained by the evil one.”.

On the shofarists will come an anointing that they must take care of and never forget, always remembering that every shofarist is first a priest of the Lord, an intercessor. For this reason, the responsibility of the shofar will be in those whom the Holy Spirit has called and set apart. Which will guide you in the sounds to give in those specific moments for the ministry and edification of the people.

Every shofarist must always be ready, prepared and warned to go before the people, that is, interceding in every worship of praise and worship, in every call to prayer and congregational fasting, in every spiritual retreat.

The shofarists, like the brothers of the praise group, must always be the ones who arrive first at every event and call in the congregation, with the desire and purpose of welcoming the Holy Spirit of God, praying, so that his presence in every house of prayer may be present before the arrival of the brothers and all the rest of the people of the Lord.

As a shofarist, whenever you feel the call of the Holy Spirit of God at a certain moment of sounding the shofar in the meeting, do so, being in complete alliance with his Holy Spirit; do it with reverence, in an orderly manner, in order to please God, by letting his Holy Spirit of power guide you, so that the blessing of his forgiveness, the joy and joy of his salvation, the freedom from all forms of slavery to sin, healing and holiness that the people so long for and needs, reaches out and reaches out to the whole congregation, as stated in the book of Amos 3:6, 8.
Will the trumpet be blown in the city, and will not the people be disturbed? …

If the lion roars, who will not be afraid? If Jehovah the Lord speaks, who will not prophesy?

“May the call to the sound of the shofar in the congregation, made in the Spirit, be heard in each and every one of our houses of prayer; likewise, the sound of its sounds awakens us from every dream and spiritual lethargy… So it is… Let us be awakened spiritually from the depths of our souls and our hearts and in all our way of being and living.

“Blessed be Jehovah our eternal Father and God, who through the Lord Jesus Christ and the presence of his Holy Spirit of Love and Power, has blessed us so greatly with this instrument, for the sole purpose of helping us, to break and destroy every wall and spiritual chain, stripping us of every bond of curses that weighed on our lives and bodies… and to give us freedom and every victory in Christ Jesus.”.

Listen, people of God…
Listen and pay attention:

We already live the last days announced in the book of Revelation; we are in the final straight before the return of our Savior…

“To awaken, blessed of the Lord, and begin to watch… to pray… to fast… to intercede… to continue running the good race with patience, love and faith.”.

“Redeemed and chosen people of God, there is still much work to be done for the Lord and little time remains.”. (Matthew 9:35-38)

So…

“Take a trumpet in Zion and give an alarm on my holy mountain; all the inhabitants of the earth tremble, for the day of Jehovah is coming, for it is near.”. (Joel 2:1)

And also…

“Take a trumpet in Zion, proclaim a fast, call an assembly.”. (Joel 2:15)

It is known that Zion represents the city of David, the city of God, the land of Judah and where the people of Israel dwell; in short, Zion is the house where the Lord dwells and only He, Zion is the chosen and appointed place to praise, bless, glorify and exalt his holy name.

Today…
We, your spiritual Israel, your children in and through Christ Jesus, will sound the shofar in the congregation and proclaim prayer and fasting… So also, let the shofar sound in the midst of praise, as stated in Psalm 150:3

“Praise them to sound like a horn.”.

Also Psalm 98:5-6 states:

“Sing psalms to Jehovah with a harp; with a harp and a song voice.
Cry out with trumpets and horn sounds before the king Jehovah.”.

Like Gideon, let us rise up on a footing of war against the enemy of our souls, he who threatens, stalks and afflicts us… let us all declare with one voice, in one Spirit and with all those around us in the congregation:

“By Jehovah God of the universe and by his only begotten son… our God, King and Lord… Christ Jesus!”

“Let the horns sound to the sound of the shofar in the midst of the congregation and in every place where the name of our God and Redeemer, Christ Jesus, is honored and praised until the day of his prompt coming.”.

Sons of the Most High by grace, redeemed in Christ Jesus…
We fight against a dangerous enemy, so let us not neglect ourselves, persevering with all prayer and supplication, in order to conquer what the Lord our Savior has given us as an inheritance… his forgiveness and salvation.

He is our Abba Father, for whom our soul and spirit cry.
He is our only sovereign Father and God.

He certainly…

“He will fight for us.”.
(Nehemiah 4:20)

“Go out, get out of Babylon now, do not touch anything impure, get out of Babylon now. Keep clean those who carry the utensils of the Lord.”. Isaiah 52:11

Finally, the first letter to the Corinthians 15:52 states to us:

“In a moment, in the blink of an eye, at the final trumpet; for the trumpet shall be blown, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be transformed.”

And then…
“He who bears witness to these things says: I certainly come shortly. Amen; yes, come, Lord Jesus.”. Revelation 22:20

“Maranatha”
“The Lord Comes”
Amen…
Yes, come Lord Jesus!
Hallelujah!
